What's your process for starting a new project?

So, you want to dive in? Awesome. But hold your horses – we don't just jump into tactics without knowing why.

We're not pixel-pushers; we're fighting a war against boring, and wars need strategy.

Here’s the deal on getting started:

  1. The Vibe Check: First things first, let's talk. Is this a good fit? Are you ready to ditch the "safe" route? Are we going to get along, or will this feel like a forced corporate marriage? We need to make sure the energy is right. No point trying to make magic happen if the vibes are off.
  2. The Strategy (aka The Blueprint): You wouldn't build your dream house without a blueprint, right? Same goes for killing boring. Before we create anything, we need a solid strategy. What are we trying to achieve? Who are we talking to? How are we going to make an actual impact, not just noise?
    • Got your own strategy already? Amazing. Let's see it. We'll poke holes in it (lovingly, of course) and make sure it’s ready for battle.
    • Want to skip strategy and "get runs on the board"? Slow down, partner. We don't like closing our eyes and hoping for the best. Strategy first. Always.
  3. Execution: Once the blueprint is solid, then the chaos begins. We unleash the creative beasts, build the campaigns, and start slaying the boring dragons.

We don't do random acts of content. We do planned assaults on mediocrity. It starts with a vibe check and a rock-solid strategy.
