Magic doesn't happen with a snap of the fingers. It needs strategy, testing, refining, and a bit of creative madness.
We dive deep with our clients. We operate on radical honesty. If things aren't working, we talk about it directly, figure out why, and fix it or part ways professionally. We're not trapping anyone in a relationship that isn't firing on all cylinders.
But asking for a refund because you got cold feet after signing up? That’s not really the KBD way. We expect commitment, just like we give it.
